RENAE MOCKLER
From a young age, singing and performing have
been integral parts of
Renae's life.
Her Secondary school years, university and beyond,
during which Renae participated
in voice lessons, were filled with numerous
competitions, grade exams and many
performances.
These events helped hone Renae's skills and developed her love for
singing.
It was around the age of 14, that Renae discovered a profound passion for
Gospel music. Opportunities were given to Renae
to sing items at her church,
Community events and even included a few itinerant
ministry trips to the USA in 2002,
2004 and the U.K. in 2006.
In 2005, Renae completed her Bachelor’s degree
in Creative Arts with a focus on
Music Performance, which provided her with a
solid foundation in musical theory
and practical skills. During her studies, Renae
had the opportunity to perform in
choirs,
vocal ensembles and solo settings.
In recent years, Renae has been part of both
Wedding and Corporate function bands
and duos.
When it comes to performing though, it's the gospel
songs that stir her
heart, as she uses her gift to Praise the Lord
and bring encouragement to her
audience.
